Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. How do I take the Nurenex supplement? What does sublingual mean?
Each morning take 1 powder packet on an empty stomach, 30 to 45 minutes prior to breakfast by sublingual ingestion, which means, dissolved under the tongue. For ease of use, gently shake powder packet to settle contents, sit and tilt head back, slowly emptying the powder packet under the tongue. For most users, 2-3 mouthfuls dissolved under the tongue within a minute is adequate to assure comfortable absorption.

Drink one 8 oz glass of water immediately after the powder has dissolved and then another glass (8-10 oz) of water within the next hour. Be sure to drink an additional 4-6 8oz glasses of water throughout the day for optimal results.

2. When can I have my morning coffee or tea?
Avoid caffeine usage for at least 2 to 3 hours after ingestion. While on Nurenex, please avoid caffeine usage for at least 2 to 3 hours after taking your daily treatment. You will experience the best results by following this important guideline. Nurenex users generally report less desire for caffeine as a result of benefits obtained.

3. What benefits can I expect?

• Decrease in the need for caffeine/coffee.
• Reduction of anxiety and other mood related conditions.
• Supports joint health and flexibility.
• Improvement in sexual function (increased libido) for both men and women
• Improved sleep

4. Why is it important to take Nurenex on an empty stomach?
The sublingual delivery system is certainly very different from taking supplements by mouth; this makes Nurenex more bioavailable-which really means Nurenex will be absorbed better and faster by your body as there is no digestive process involved which may reduce effectiveness or benefits.

5. What are the possible side effects?
The risks are few, as has been verified during human clinical research. These transitory side effects include transient headache, increased thirst, flushing, and some tingling in neck and arms at the time Nurenex is taken, and possible tingling in the mouth as well as while Nurenex is being absorbed under your tongue.

6. When will I see results?
Some Nurenex users see results immediately. In others it takes 72 hours or up to two weeks to see results. However, it is important to give the medication a full 30 days to begin to see most or all of the benefits.

7. Are there some people who cannot take the Nurenex supplement safely?
Nurenex is not for everyone-you should be at least 35 years of age or older before taking Nurenex. Our research has confirmed increased benefits and more rapidly obtained results with water intake as indicated. Although unlikely, there may be some interference between the antibiotics and Nurenex that can reduce the reliability of both products

Generally, when this happens it means that you have not consumed enough water. You should drink at least 1-2 8 oz glasses of water if this late afternoon energy lag occurs.
